    Ekult,

    commissioning of the project is expected by 2018, and with yesterday's announcement that the QLD government is going to streamline the process, it shouldn't get delayed, if not even come forward. The jobs that it is going to create is also an incentive for QLD, especially in this area where the mining slowed with the closing of the mine back in the early '80's. 500+ jobs.
