Is there something specific you are referring to? 
Personally my gripe (apart from the industrial-scale destruction of shareholder wealth) is with Cam, the communications guy at BAL whose position must be a joke, or he's got the cushiest job ever. No doubt paid well, but we never hear anything from the company. I wrote to him recently asking why there is such screaming silence from BAL (e.g not even a press release on increased sales on Singles Day) and got the copy-and-paste reply: "We take our continuous disclosure obligations seriously and will inform the market..."
