"We refer to our email to you dated 19 May 2010 and Information Bulletin No.2 dated December 2009.
In that Bulletin, we sought an indication from growers/investors as to whether they would be prepared to fund Slater & Gordon to seek forgiveness of their loans.
More than eight weeks have now passed since that Information Bulletin was sent out to all growers/investors who registered their interest with us. We can now confirm that insufficient numbers of growers/investors have indicated to us their willingness to fund such an action. Accordingly, Slater & Gordon will not be taking any further action in respect of Great Southern collapse".
