It's not a business i'm overly familiar with but of the little i know, it's a reasonably sound business that is clearly being impacted by its capital structure. I think of it as just another page in the weighty tome of businesses in which egotistical, poorly aligned and ill-informed executives have risked the entire business by adopting a crazy capital structure.
