Anyone can post shocking photos of people with their noses, ears, eyes or face cut off by surgeons after cancer surgery (I refrained from posting such photos because it would be in poor taste and for shock tactics only to try to make a point). Many require follow up plastic surgery with even further expense, pain, recovery time and the risk of infection. Surgery also risks not getting all of the tumor and heightens the risk of spreading cancer cells whereas black salve has been proven by thousands of people around the world to draw all of the skin cancer cells out in a lump (as per my previous posts).
