Your ignorance about Black Salve should result in your silence. If you have not experienced or examined it enough to know that it works, that is fine. But keep your insults to yourselves - just because someone rains on your sad parades does not give you the right to be rude.
Tinnitus, surely you can understand the difference between seeing an unlicensed naturopath (in Mexico!) who prescribed an ointment with unknown ingredients, and a Salve with a solid reputation of removing skin cancers in their entirety? If you cannot see the difference perhaps do a little more research on the matter.
