skilled group settles oms international busine

SKILLED Group Limited (“SKILLED�) today advised they have completed the settlement of the
Offshore Marine Services (“OMS�) international businesses which services the international offshore
oil and gas industry from the UK, Malta and Dubai. This complements the acquisition of the
Australian & New Zealand OMS businesses completed in September.
As previously advised, the expected impact of the OMS businesses to SKILLED Group for 2008 is
approximately $173 million revenue and $18 million EBITDA.
