The way I see it until PGM gets a minerals extraction licence, Skaergaard is not a secure investment as the exploration licence can be revoked and given to someone else. I think this is why there are no cash bidders. Also, the Greenland Govt might not give a minerals extraction licence until they are convinced mining will proceed. Lots of questions to be answered, hopefully by the scoping study. Hopefully we will receive advice soon when the study will commence and when the report will be due.
