What a good find & I’d say you’re bang on with your appraisal of the timeline. They couldn’t do anything until formed as it would require a complete reworking of the contract to transfer it over to the new entity.

That would be a waste of time and money for all concerned & they’ve no need to rush anyway as they have already locked up any future supply if it ever comes on line. Not saying it won’t- just that none of us know what will happen between today & tomorrow.

They are focusing on their core business activity while spinning off a division to allow it to do the same.

Thank goodness they aren’t trying to be a miner.. which would be almost as worrisome as a someday potential miner trying to be a battery maker ahem ahem.
