Agree, Darwin meat works a huge mistake. History repeats, as the Vesteys built a meat works there in the 1920's which shut down after 3 years and huge losses!
The cattle price bubble is over, so the best returns are over. Don't like the fact they keep revaluing property, should only revalue the herd, which will be down now. There is a reason why Super Funds don't touch agriculture, they don't like losing money!
