You may well be right.
But whether the market recognizes Matrix or not, I would still hope that the company is resilient enough this year to be able to pay an interim and final dividend.
If the directors don't have that confidence, they should get themselves bought out by a larger player.
My preference, of course, is dividends.......... and a takeover !!
