It’s been stated many a time now that Hotcopper is in the best interests of shareholders now, not users. A post from HC stated this... All about profits.
It’s their site, guess they can do what they want, but in saying that even the likes of Coles listen to their customers and act accordingly...
Anyway, what will be will be...Profit before customers.
