Singsong is absolutely right on the money. Where is the ICP licence? what corporate structure has ECG in place for China (wfoe?), JV? .....how do they plan to channel the funds out of China?
There is very little information made available by ECG on extremely important matters pertaining to doing business in China, that it's clear they are no where ready to deliver on what they said in the iPO document.
