don't want to make any incorrect assertions or anything, like my little slip up recently, but can someone answer this...
Before the SOC was lodged, there was a long list of injunctions posted in an announcement to the ASX, which basically were designed to stop MMX disposing of any assets.
That's generally what injunctions are supposed to do in litigation cases, however there seems to be a curious absence of these injunctions so far.
Why were these not brought before the court ? Because their purpose is to block the exact scenario which is happening at the moment. MMX are shifting their assets into a new company (in effect), and those assets are still in contention right ?
Why aren't CHM putting their two bobs-worth in about the proposed merger, and the subsequent transfer of the assets in dispute, to an entity with new combined ownership ?
