This is being set up to allow someone to acquire the shares from those who have recently become unmarketable parcel holders due to the company doing very little, imo only.

Once this has been sorted out and someone has secured a swag of very cheap shares that they couldn't get by acquiring on market, there will probably be good news. It suits the company to clean up the register, but that feels like a secondary reason to me.

Without any news to prop up the sp prior to the closing date, .003 is about where this will end up and that will be about the price paid for a swag of shares imo.
