Mundo have released 10 announcements in the past week, so it is understandable how people could miss this important point about road construction costs.

The General Meeting to shareholders on 27 April states the following costs;
Construction of Crista Haul Road. $2.0M
Pre-strip of pit. $0.8 M
Completion of plant upgrade and infrastructure. $0.7M.

The March quarterly issued on 29 April also states;
Construction of the Crista Haul Road and completion of the Engenho plant upgrade-$3.5 million.

I don't have access to your information about the road approvals being issued in 12-18 months, but I do know that Mundo now has the money to fund the above costs.
