    Based on Jamie's post the payout scale of $300, $200, $100 and money back to 30th place would be $870 payout from $1,000 pool, however the real kicker which will drive VIP subscription IMO is the 10% bonus for all cash prizes! Why wouldn't you pay US$4.99 pm? Only have to get 5 top 30 finishes and it pays for itself.

    So assuming the top 30 in each tournament are VIP then the rake for ESH is $43 or 4.3%...up to a maximum $130 or 13% if all are not VIP. This footprint is scalable for $1, $2, $5 entry fees etc.
