Perhaps you are right and their numbers are mixed, but I doubt they would be that careless!! Why don't you email them and ask, they are very good at getting back to me!! Have you included special dividends (if any?), and the changes in franking levels over the years?
You have done pretty well I thought, an annual return of 8.5% each year? This is pretty good is it not?
And if you don't mind me asking, why would you sell with the dividend coming up and an almost certain rise back to highs before dividend near 1.15 1.20, market depending, as per usual case?
