Regardless of any dividend being paid, it will have a price-to-earning ratio of less than 1 at today's price of 23.5 cents. Even if the share price doubles to 67 cents, the price-to-earnings ration will we 2.2! And at a share price of $1 the price-to-earnings ration will still be a lowly 3.3! It is very simple.
