I was just providing the maths that a rights issue at 22c would more than fund the mine without much dilution. The good thing about a rights issue is the existing shareholders are not disadvantaged.
Of course we all want to see the SP well up over 30c, but even if we sit down at this price level the mine will be able to be built.
