Simple Business

Having known about this stock for many years and even seeing their HQ in Shanghai, the business is very simple.
The "everything app" is a strange title to me, it is simply an online market place attached to your bank.
You can safely and easily buy tangible and digital products from an app in-bedded into your banking app.
For the Chinese this gives you the safety and assurance that you are dealing with a credible merchant as the bank is responsible for everything, if there is an issue the customer will call the bank.
The really exciting part about the business is the ability to use credit card reward points as currency on the app, this is a first in China, as this gets rolled out the revenue will really get moving.
I wouldn't expect this to stay on the ASX forever, the natural home is HK or China or even a trade sale, crazy cheap at current prices considering their GTV and user base.
