    back luck SMM holders, SMM shares are now no longer tracking the valuation PDN put on them.

    SMM 4.61 x 1.67 = $7.69
    PDN $9.08

    missed out on at least $1.30 per share!

    no chance of secondary offer, they only have UBS and AREVA to deal with, will be an offtake agreement in the future of PDN will get taken over by AREVA.
