Firstly, I have to declare my interest as a shareholder in ADN.
Having said that, SFR are spending $4m to start with on the tenement near Alford. On the southern boundary is ADN's Alford West property with many strikes of copper from 5m to 100m found so far. ADN only has an enterprise value around $6.5m now. A cashed up Sandfire could buy quite a lot of copper prospectivity right next to where they are drilling, and get Rover (NT) copper and SA and QLD gold prospects for just a little more than what they might spend on one block around Alford township.
Again, I am biased, as an existing ADN shareholder.
