good question:

Firstly, I wouldn't enter until a proper scoping study with washability is released. I cannot make a sensible investment decision without this detail.

Secondly, the region they are located is currently an "up&coming" area for Coal projects, if there is an infrastructure project go-ahead in terms of rail, this stock could spike instantly.

Thirdly, I said looking for an entry, when my price meets its worth, i'll look at entering, not before. Also, being coal background, I look at entering a lot of stocks if they come down to the right place.

As for whether this stock is a dog or not, I'm undecided.
