It's down what, 40%, since it relisted? Perhaps it's not so much an over reaction rather than a massive loss of confidence.
The new board considers that it needs $5m of short term working capital. What is so wrong with the plant or process that the company needs this much money spent on it before the operations can become cash positive? And how can we be confident that whatever they are doing to solve the problems will actually work, after most of the previous fixes of processes have failed? They now have nearly $7m of debt, in various forms.
Good luck to those buying today, but I think the sellers were right.
