I completely agree. It's not too far off criminal charges.

How they could still be spouting millions of dollars of EBIT in only 6 months while bleeding money hand over fist is beyond belief.

These guys needs to be held to account for their market announcements as they seemingly always have been deceitful and deceptive; in almost every instance. I only lost a small amount, but what they have done to other holders simply is not right. Nobody that was fully informed of the company's position would have ever thrown money at this. Their needs to be an investigation to maintain the intergrity of the market.
