if i want to, i can buy it at 0.009. in my opinion nothing has changed since 6 month ago. Still there is no drilling, no ones knows anything about the status of the licence, and also with cash out flow of 300K per quarter there will be a definite another cap raising sooner or later.
because drilling will costs around 500 to 600K and they only raised around 1 million last time.
