I'm no expert on the stock market, never mind highly speculative...

I'm no expert on the stock market, never mind highly speculative small mining caps, but i can imagine a major player(s) selling small tempting morsels off and off to small optimistic buyers like you and me until the share price hits a ridiculous 30 cents or something, and then announcing a take over-bid at say 50c and getting it through, with little grateful you's and me's thankful to get anything back! Then the company will take off of course, making handsome dividends :-). Of course i have a wild imagination and none of this is based on any facts that i know of. Still, there must be some reason the price is ever-sliding! Reminds me of a quote i heard some time back that went something like " the irrational behaviour of the market will outlast my solvency" ;-)
