alot of tech trading seem to be going on atm with liquid stocks.
you look at a 3 yr chart for this you see a pretty clear resistance line being obeyed (bar the one false start that went to 1.5c) traders will push this to .007c on no news
anything over .007 would suggest that something more is at hand. it still has plenty of cash in the bank for such an unknown quantity.
