In your time spent reading announcements did you notice Ms Hunt was only temporarily filling in as director from her secretary position, and announcing it to the market was a matter of formality to comply with ASX listing rules. Maybe you noticed the drilling plan with all the black dots showing the volume of drilling to be undertaken?

The subcontractor is engaged to start drilling, should have an ANN any day to say they have started. I agree VIC will need cash but they will probably do this after getting the initial results back, or look at a soph placement on the back of good results.
