I can appreciate your comments fully.

Sadly I am trapped in here with a large holding in oppies I should of sold a long time ago.
If I sell, it would only cause another downward spiral for little return.

As an example, today I was looking for funds to inject into a stock that has skyrocketed over the last few weeks. I ended up dumping another stock that was line-ball in price last week; but not today.
I had to sell 500,000 units to purchase 310,000 ( ie already 38% behind).
The end result today is the sold stock down 1.7% (for the day); and purchased stock up 4%.
Not a bad result at all.
If things change I can jump back in - but at what price!
It's all a gamble!
