Just a comment while sitting on the train:

VIC tenants have always look promising, while things have been slow (I think) based on timeline s mentioned in announcements. I have been surprised how the SP has tracked. I see a lot of comments on this forum stating ‘weak hands’, ‘the big boys manipulation of SP’, ‘tax selling’, ‘the market has moved on’ (who’s the market) etc... the list goes on. To be honest l have no idea just observing and wishing l had more but data. For me this is a test case, my research indicated there was a medium probability of a good find based on geology of the area and drilling of near by tenants (nothing is a sure thing of course). So assume the ‘market’ do their on research why has the SP tracked down so quickly? Basically l am testing my own analysis / assumptions based on evidence. The current SP is indicating l am wrong. However if the SP does track higher from these prices and if it did replicate an AUZ, those accumulating at these prices would make a small fortune. I would then be inclined to think some form of manipulation had occurred, you could never prove. If the SP slowly tracks to 2-3 cents l would be more inclined to think it’s just the ups and downs of the market.
