Hi Oscar09
It's very interesting as last weeks quarterly report is the VERY different to all the others.
Firstly,-SER make mention of this for their MYALL CREEK COPPER-GOLD PROJECT SOUTH AUSTRALIA (SER 100%)
In 2018, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) has taken a keen interest in the area, pegging all available ground around Myall Creek.
Secondly SER make mention this,-
MINERAL EXPLORATION OPPORTUNITIES
During the quarter, SER evaluated a number of additional opportunities in mineral exploration. SER has also internally generated a significant new mineral exploration project which we intend to announce next quarter.
All in all the market reaction would be a major re rating of the very low present $4Mi MC. Just on these two NEW points alone, i would in my opinion give SER a bare minimum of $20 Mi MC which would be a 2.5c share price.
Then SER hold 100% of a JORC compliant Heavy Mineral Sands operations project in W.A containing a JORC 2012 Inferred Mineral Resource at Ambergate for an updated total of 11.2Mt grading 5.1% Heavy Minerals for a total Heavy Mineral content of 569,000t.
On top of this the company holds $1.7Mi in cash reserves, Nil debts and a 15% stake in Ionic Industries with partners (Monash and Clean TeQ) for commercial advanced graphene material product used for the requirements in energy storage devices(Battery storage).
All this put together should bring a total of a bare minimum $40Mi MC which would be around 5.5 cents, easily achievable when we look at KRC, AGY, etc. And importantly, this is my valuation now, If FMG made a move, then that valuation intensifies, and then there is the "significant new mineral exploration project which SER intend to announce this quarter.
Then there is the 100% owned SAXBY GOLD PROJECT in QLD. "Toward the end of the quarter, SER entered preliminary negotiations regarding the potential farm-out of our 100% held Saxby Gold project. SER will keep shareholders informed should these negotiations develop into an agreement."
All in all SO much happening here with SER, a very exciting diverse junior stock with director Graeme Kirke sweeping large volumes of SER stock on market in recent times at higher prices. No wonder we are starting to witness huge volumes and a upward thrust.
I say watch this one very carefully.
