Yes i think your correct Colonnade.There is definitely stuff going on that R.T & co are not telling the market about. I would love to know what the terms of the JV are ? I know its 50 / 50 ownership. But what happens if one party is being uncooperative or constantly delaying in the hope of picking up the other 50% on the cheap ?
Maybe they have been in the throws of thrashing out a purchase / sale price for Peels 50%. There would surely be detailed clauses in the JV document about how the value of such is arrived at.
