not sure why you find it so questionable, ive always said oropa needs "serious investors" involved & we will rerate appropriately & obviously that has been achieved with the latest funding package & the current rerating of oropas share price since the funding package has taken place, one only has to watch the buying come in & it seems obvious that the stock is not coming back out with the sell side barely giving a decent buy oppertunity forcing investors to pay higher, serious investors have serious contacts who they would bring into the stock with them, the buy signal was staring everyone in the face which not many picked up when oropa stated in there annual report that " MAC have indicated to the Board they have the capacity to fund Pungkut all the way through to production, should final project economics merit a development decision."
If this is not a good enough reason to assume that the buying since .04's is a serious investor that will likely buy above 5% then I dont know what is, gold at record highs, oropa has spent $10mil+ to get the project where it is, the resource will only grow from here as recent results are outside the current resource of 1.01mil oz, to me its pretty simple oropa is now being recognised as a potential large producer not a explorer & the share price will continue to reflect that as the positive news flows.
