as you know ive been following orp for some time, this type of buying is not your everyday buying especially for orp, also note the buying has began since the funding package has taken place, this is either a group/insto/individual taking a serious position in oropa, as said give it a month or so & in my opinion if im correct they will hit 5% & a new substantial holder will be announced, this is just my view make of it what you like.
