    Hi 5hareholder, if a third party is willing to pay $3B CAPEX I don't think they'd have any problem with forking over $70M in the short term.

    The Chinese money behind BMG had no problems with it, seems the only problem they have is forking over money to BMG, and I can't say I blame them there. Why would they give money to a company so that some bum at said company can use it for reasons other than intended?

    We might get a SP lift over the next couple of months with the Xmas rally and drilling results etc., but CAP's in the bottom drawer for now. Personally I think CAP is extremely undervalued at the moment, however the market is the ultimate judge of that, and investors know the Hillam mess probably won't be sorted until May. Of course favourable drilling results elsewhere will entice new investors to research CAP before then.

    CAP has the goods in the ground at Hawsons, once this Hillam mess is sorted out the sentiment towards CAP will change dramatically imo.
