Finally the company has discussed the court case. For some reason, it is reassuring to me that they realise the impact that the case has had on market sentiment towards the stock, so I thank Nick in particular for speaking up! If for nothing else, at least they are acknowledging that there is an issue here. Personally I can't say much more than what I've already said about this over the past few months.
May 15 2012 cannot come soon enough. Going back on recent BRR interviews and today's short mention of possible third party interest, it would appear that there might be a bit of background interest building for a position in the project, but that is just my impression.
Quick question: was anyone in attendance at the AGM today? Anything of note worth mentioning?
