do not be to concerned about the quality of coal. the market will price the project for what its worth and the project keeps getting better.
azure do not invest in sub standard coal projects so do not listen to the bs bandied around. if the correction in the markets did not happen (if!) i think tvn's sp would be well into the teens now.
