Most people come on here and everybody is back slapping themselves that they are going to be rich and how they are going to buy boats and all the share price has done is in the last 6 years is  go from 6 cents when the graphite journey started to a high of 90 cents, back down to 4 cents.  The first signature by govt didn't have an effect on share price,   don't know why people think the new signature will.  It's about 99.9999 % certain the government will sign off on the mining licence the second time. So that's a given,  you can sleep well at night. 

as for more upside with ton than syr.  Maybe your right,  maybe syr will fall greater than ton will in the next 12 months
