"Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, Triton or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has signed a NonBinding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Suzhou Sinoma Design and Research Institute of Nonmetallic Minerals Industry Co. Ltd. (Suzhou), a subsidiary of China National Building Material Group, China’s largest construction group. Suzhou is one of China's leading graphite testing laboratories and provides graphite technical consulting services to China's leading graphite producers. Under the MoU, Suzhou have expressed interest in participating in debt financing the development of Triton’s Ancuabe Graphite Project (Project) in Mozambique, and providing technical consulting services in relation to graphite process technology, production line equipment, construction and commissioning and graphite product quality control."

Sinzhou are certainly leaders in testing laboratories as mentioned in the MOU.

As far as financial connections or leverage goes, being a subsidiary of China's largest construction group it can only be assumed that they would also have considerable means in regards to financing.

I'd like to correct my previous post..They have expressed interest in participating in debt financing of Tritons Ancuabe project.

Regardless of Sinzhou's participation in financing my previous post's focus was more around timelines.

We were already in good stead with financiers & expressions of debt/equity participation before Sinzhou announcement.
