Evening Capraise,

Both of Triton Minerals offtakes are for 16,000t per annum for a minimum of 5 years with the options to extend for another 5 years.

Both are legally binding offtakes are for minimum of 10,000t per annum.

The market cannot share your sentiment towards legally binding offtakes, would we ever do business in China if this was the case?

Production vs demand is always going to be concern for any sector, wether it be it iron ore or lithium forecasting challanges will never disappear.

We take it one month at a time Capraise.

We are a graphite company, moving towards production is our objective.

Analysts & investors including our Chinese friends in Shangdon believe that there will be a demand for graphite outside of China in the coming years.

If the EV & renewable markets take over as many expect they will than it will also be of a national security interest for countries to ensure their own supply of graphite.

America are already aware of this & have short listed graphite resources as a top priority amongst other comodities, if I can find the article i'll post it.

This means investing in graphite projects, offtakes & materials outside of China in the coming decade.
