Several weeks back I emailed PC about the delay with the Mining Concession signature.
PC replied that he met with the Vice Minister & was told that TON is on top of the list.
Seems the Mines Minister, in his other role as Petroleum Minister, is very busy with a multi
billion dollar LNG project in Cabo Delgado with a company called 'Anadarko'.
He tells me that TON's reps in Moz are in regular contact with the govt.
