I think your right.
They will wait to announce financing for two reasons,
1) Shareholders will be reluctant to participate in a cr, presumably it would have to be underwritten by Pinnacle or they wouldn't even bother who would collect most the shares.
2) Management would be reluctant to capital raise at these low prices. More likely they will want to enjoy an rise in sp from securing financing before trying to raise capital.
Another day down...Another day closer to that signature.
