(  1)      Please advise shareholders of your interpretation of    " Due diligence"  compared to    ," casual indifference" 

Please itemise  your current actions  that indicate your total commitment to the success of this company,

Announcing numerous cash raiisings for the purpose filling the wages drawer has to stop.   

If in fact the company has financial backing then let's see  some proof soon of that statement      , more indications of genuine progress with other issues such as approvals  signed  ,       explanation  for the diabolical share price , the current Top 20.  Etc.Etc.

UNLIKE   yourself and the board     ,  some of us "investors"  has stuck with this company for many years and have had to listen to numerous BS announcements of imminent  success for Ton by yourself and others.

4.1 cents for 1 of the worlds largest graphite deposits ????????   Something is not right Peter .......are you the man to fix it ??????     If so   then focus now on Tons  rapid  success, or are you not bothered ????merlin
