generally, I share your view, with a couple of comments.
1. There are planty of small businesses turning good cash on old plant. The trick is keeping it in good nick. With the harsh chemicals here, that is hard, which minimises the value of my comment now that I think about it.
2. Recent history has seen a much higher share price based on the profits of the time. What has changed?

I bought back in again, but wonder at my wisdom.
