Yes but it is that calculation that matters. Does it refer to the harshest salt mine in the antarctic situation on a high KM max load vehicle?? Yes it is a bait advertisement like all advertising IMO unless there is fine print ?
If you add it up as vehicle out of service for 1 hour transport, 2 hours in service and replacement vehicle required and staff time, parts , training etc. Reality is vehicles are in for service for a period of time and tasks get done. Does it include decomissioning cost at vehicle end of life if being onsold etc. They stock cheap common parts and buy in bulk just at more regular intervals.
The breakdown of that number is very important. So much so that IMO garbage trucks are using other regenerative devices and electro magnetic tailshaft retarders in some markets etc.
