" the Chairman was a pompous clown & a control freak who had no business taking shareholders to court, he thought he was going to run a public company like a stacked ALP branch; the CEO was an operations guy & a plodder totally under the control of the egotistical primadonna chairman. The Chairman & CEO who preceded them may have deserved their @rses kicking over fees etc but give them credit for getting funds into SGL & getting operations established.
