I think the options arrangement was an insurance policy organised by previous management. I agree good move my new mgt to terminate, however they will now need to fund the convertible notes from another source. this is still the biggest threat to SGL. After funding the notes they'll probably need to find further capital to fund future JV requriements.

Are there sharks circuling around this stock??? You would think so. I think gasman is onto something the next 51mill from AGL.
