It won't be anything Marais says / does that will make me reconsider my opinion. What will change my opinion on this merger is ROC, rather than telling me how wonderful this deal is, showing me in hard numbers....

I am a simple man so I don't need much....all they have to do is prove to me that the 137% dilution they are forcing on us is overridden by at a minimum, a 137% increase in reserves and or production on an equivalent or better return per BOE from the current assets that HZN bring to the table.... anything less is value destructive, not value accretive ( for ROC).

ROC have a perfect opportunity at the AGM to argue their case and I will be pressing them at the meeting to "convince" me....I have been in email contact with Alan regarding this reverse takeover of ROC by HZN, and his reply unfortunately didn't do anything to change my mind.
